We want every product to arrive in perfect condition, exactly as you imagined it. If your order is damaged or does not meet your expectations, we are truly sorry. Please send us clear photos of the problem to info@timelessrobe.com. We will investigate your case immediately and work on a solution to make everything right.
Even the best-planned trips can sometimes experience minor delays. If the usual processing and delivery time has passed and your shipment still hasn't arrived, don't despair! It may take a few more days to reach you. Please wait another 2 business days (Monday - Friday). If, after those extra 2 business days, your package is still playing hide‑and‑seek, drop us a message at info@timelessrobe.com with your order number.
