    Our team organizes and prepares parcels within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). Every order is reviewed before being handed over to our delivery partners.

  • Delivery Schedule
    Shipments reach their destination within 5-10 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on location and courier activity.

  • Delivery Fees
    We offer complimentary Free shipping across Australia. No additional cost is added at checkout.

  • Total Transit Time (Processing + Delivery)
    Most orders arrive within 6-12 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Tracking Your Parcel

After You Place an Order

When it leaves our facility, you’ll receive another message containing a link to follow its journey until it arrives at your door.

Most deliveries takes 5-10 business days (Monday–Friday). This estimate may vary slightly due to courier schedules or regional distance, but rest assured that we send every parcel as swiftly as possible.

Delays and Inquiries
Occasionally, external factors may slow down delivery. If your package has not reached you within the expected period, please email us at info@timelessrobe.com and include your order number. We will check the shipment status and update you promptly.

Cancelling an Order
