What Happens After I Click "Order"?
Once you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This is a signal that we are starting to work on your order. Within 1 - 2 business days, we will pack it, prepare it, and send it out into the world. Once it is on its way, we will send you an email with information so you can track your package.

When Will My Order Arrive?
Once your package is on its way, it won't be long! Expect it within 3 - 4 business days (Monday - Friday). So before you know it, it will be at your doorstep.

What If My Order Is Delayed?
Even the best-planned trips can sometimes experience minor delays. If the usual processing and delivery time has passed and your shipment still hasn't arrived, don't despair! It may take a few more days to reach you. Please wait another 2 business days (Monday - Friday). If, after those extra 2 business days, your package is still playing hide‑and‑seek, drop us a message at info@timelessrobe.com with your order number.

How Do I Cancel My Order?
If you decide that you no longer want your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing info@timelessrobe.com. We will do our best to accommodate you, but once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
