Shipping Process
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that processing has begun. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). Once dispatched, you will receive a separate email containing tracking information.
Estimated delivery time is 3-4 business days (Monday–Friday).
We are pleased to provide free delivery for all orders across Australia.
Potential Delays
If the maximum time for order processing and shipping has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. Allow up to 2 extra business days (Monday - Friday) and don't forget to use your tracking code. If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us, quoting your order number.

Cancellations
To cancel your order, please email us at info@timelessrobe.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it.
